The nurse said that the most likely cause is cysts. Cysts are normal, but when they burst (which is also normal) they can leave a fluid deposit that takes a while to dissipate. Since I have a small build this can cause pressure pains.

So, as I predicted, nothing major but nothing that can be fixed, either.
